WHO WE ARE
Corken Steel Products is a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, roofing materials, and sheet metal fabrication serving licensed contractors across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. Founded in 1955, Corken Steel has grown from a single roofing and rain-carrying products distributor into a diversified company with three divisions — Heating & Air Conditioning, Roofing, and Sheet Metal Fabrication — operating from more than 20 branch locations throughout the region.
We supply furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, mini-splits, ductwork, hydronics, and geothermal systems from brands including Tempstar, Bosch, Luxaire, LG, Aaon, ClimateMaster, and Lochinvar, along with a full line of commercial and residential roofing materials and custom fabricated duct and sheet metal components. Beyond product supply, our contractor support includes commercial estimating, load calculations, technical training, in-house marketing support, and online ordering.
Whether you’re picking up parts at the counter or managing a large commercial project, our goal hasn’t changed since 1955: give contractors better service than they can find anywhere else.
100% EMPLOYEE OWNED
In 2021, Corken Steel transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making the company 100% employee-owned. That means every person who answers your call, pulls your order, or shows up on a jobsite has a direct financial stake in getting it right.
THE CORKEN PHILOSOPHY
Corken Steel’s approach to growth has always been simple: take care of the customer, and the rest follows. President Jeff Corken sums up the company’s philosophy this way:
