This class will cover:

  • New inverter A/C and heat pump systems
  • Proper installation and service procedures
  • New controls used in inverter units
  • 454B refrigeration and equipment update and review
  • The new Variable Speed A/C and Heat Pump units
  • The proper installation, service and set up of the units
  • The new controls used in the Variable speed equipment
  • The Service and set up of the 5 stage Inverter units

Class approved for 4 CE hours KY Masters/Journeyman, and 4 CE hours Vanderburg Co, IN Masters. Per state rules, repeat courses do not qualify for accumulative credits. Each class must be unique. i.e. Taking (2) Heat Pump Classes only qualifies for 4 CE hours total, whereas (1) Inverter Technology Class & (1) Heat Pump Class = 8 CE hours
