Students will gain a modular-level understanding of how each component contributes to proper system operation, including how indoor and outdoor electrical connections interact. How You'll Learn: Training combines classroom instruction with hands-on exercises using live LG equipment in the lab. Students will follow a step-by-step troubleshooting process and use LGMV Mobile, LG's performance and diagnostic tool, to evaluate and resolve real-time equipment issues.

Prerequisites:

• Advanced technical knowledge of residential A/C, heat pump, and air distribution systems
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word prefered
